It focuses on the principles of circular motion, non-resistance, and control of an opponent through force redirection and balance manipulation. Hapkido is designed for self-defence, promoting physical fitness, flexibility, and mental discipline. Its techniques allow practitioners to defend against various attacks, making it suitable for all ages and skill levels.

Beginners BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) introduces participants to the foundational techniques and principles of this grappling-based martial art, focusing on ground fighting and submission holds.
